PC Freezing

I keep getting this weird freeze. My PC basically soft locks itself. Anything associated with windows like the desktop freezes and I can't open close apps off my screen. I can't restart without using the reset button on my pc. If I have a video open in chrome on my second monitor it keeps playing a lot of the time and I can still talk on discord if it happens. I cant open task manager when this happens and the lights on my keyboard stop changing. The only error in event viewer I can find is regarding the PC turning off not cleanly because I press the reset button on the PC. This doesnt always happen in intensive workloads. One time I was launching among us and it happened, another time I was downloading a windows update, sometimes I am just playing a game and sometimes i am not doing anything. I don't know what to do.
