Streamlabs OBS and Radeon ReLive not detecting desktop audio

mon0theist

I've discovered recently that both OBS and ReLive are not picking up any audio. My default sound device and default comms device is my Corsair Void headset. I thought maybe it was due to me recently installing the Realtek audio driver for my motherboard (Biostar X470GTN) instead of relying on Windows automatic drivers, but uninstalling the driver has had no effect.

Tried disabling all audio devices except my headset, including the AMD Monitor devices, no effect.

Both OBS and ReLive we were working before but it had been a long time since I had streamed/recorded with either of them, so I'm not exactly sure when the issue happened.

Since it's affecting two completely different applications, I'm thinking it must be a Windows and/or driver issue of some kind but I'm not sure. Anyone got any suggestions?
