Organize Youtube comments?

I like reading comments about things, I am a big Redditer and I have grown accustom to how nice the comments are sorted and organized on Reddit. The Youtube comments on the other hand... Lets just say never has the statement shouting into the void been more true. 

 

Is there a way to organize the YouTube comments into something usable like sort by thumbs up and also make more of a comment chain? Following a conversation when there are multiple people commenting on a comment is very difficult.
