PC CPU Throttle

My computer some specs i7-8700k and RTX 2070 recently seems to lag me out in games or discord when my internet connection is fine. All temps seem to be ok by I believe the issue is my cpu throttling. Any help?

If you're running Windows: Have HWiNFO sensors open, and see what's causing the throttling, if so.

I can say that the CPU is not throttling for any reason in this log.

Thank you for looking into it. Do you have any idea why I'm experiencing the problem of cutouts in Discord with great internet connection and also, not being able to run a game without lagging out.

I would start by disabling all possible startup programs, and do a clean install of the graphics driver.

 

I'd also re-enabled Intel Turbo Boost, and SpeedStep, on the off-chance you disabled them while debugging the CPU.
