Hey guys, before I start I would like to apologize as I have posted a lot of questions about my build.

I have just received a gift and it has helped me to reach my budget for my computer. I will not buy until next year as of the price drops due to Big Navi and Ampere and also maybe Zen 3 5xxx Ryzen

I plan to budget around £780 excluding storage drives, I already have these.

This is how I have budget so far.

I plan to be using Ryzen 5 3600 btw.

CPU: £140 - £150

GPU: £300

Motherboard: £90-100

Ram: £55 DDR4-3200 CL16 Corsair Vengeance

PSU: £70

CASE: £80 Lian Li Lancool ii mesh

Cooler: £20 Be Quiet Pure Rock Slim

What do you guys think, could I change my budget around at all?

System

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Case: Phanteks eclipse P400A

Motherboard: MSI B550 Gaming Carbon WiFi

GPU: MSI RTX 3060 TI Gaming X Trio

RAM: 16GB XPG D60G CL16 3200MHZ

PSU: Sharkoon SilentStorm Cool Zero 650W

Storage: Crucial P2 1TB

Don't get the Pure Rock Slim, the Wraith is good enough unless you're doing really high overclocking which isn't usually possible on Ryzen anyways

I'm going with the Pure Rock Slim, not because of OC, but because of noise. I want this build to be pretty quiet

@CloudPC You're budget is slightly higher than mine was (mine was £550) and then realised i needed to get peripherals ontop. (Just remember this part - if you're going to be gaming it's worth getting a mechanical keyboard and decent headset & optical mouse). Let me know if you're gaming on it and i can give you some really good budget (but performing) peripheral ideas. (just @ me)

CPU: £140 - £150 You're struggling to get a Ryzen 5 3600 brand new for that, they're currently going for £192.

GPU: £300:  Nvidia GTX 2060 seems to drop nicely into that budget but you may need to check with somebody else that the CPU isn't a bottleneck for this card.

For the case, thats on budget (to make room for your CPU price) the Cougar Gemini M Mini Tower is usually around £30. I have it and was excellent for the budget i had in mind. Excellent area for cooling, dust filter, tempered glass, RGB on the front. Only downside is 1 fan, but you can get a set of RGB if needed and still be cheaper than the Lian Li case

Thanks, I'm not actually planning on buying until early next year so I hope the prices drop by then.

I'm also going to be buying CPU and GPU used.

@CloudPC Any idea where from? I can't see many on Ebay but unsure where else to look. Ebuyer for example has Ex Display models, but they only have a 60 day warranty and are £15-20 cheaper. May as well pay the extra and get the Ryzen Warranty

I haven't seen many yet. But as Ryzen 5000 comes into stores, there will be more of them
