Force BIOS rollback

So, I wanna OC my i5-6500. To do that I need an older bios for my gigabyte z170-hd3. It is locked down and won't let you flash it back that far. I have even booted to ms-dos and tried, no luck. Any way to force my mobo to flash back that far without a bios programmer?
