Automatic minimised apps on startup

Does anyone know how I can set up particular app on startup but minimised? I've found couple of potential solutions online which don't work for me. In particular opening with task scheduler while using /background in arguments; and creating .bat file with start /min "app.exe".

It works for some apps like KiCad but it doesn't work for NiceHash for some reason. On KiCad it asked for administator permission but not for NiceHash...

What does it do when you try that?

It just opens it like a normal app but i want it minimised because people use my pc all the time and close NiceHash...

Ive come on this forum after visiting that link and many others, both of solutions in that reddit thread dont work, i guess they worked for legacy version
