Help with dead rx 580

Hi, so I’m my mates pc it’s working 

in mine I get thies photos 

 

if I uninstall drivers and boot off igpu then install drivers and swap the lead it works 

 

but when rebooting I get 62 error on board or sometimes thies messed up pictures

Perhaps some sort of hardware failure of some type on the GPU either the memory chips or the GPU itself.

Not really sure what you want help with, you literally said you know it's dead and it's obvious it is so idk of you want us to help you fix it? When something dies, it's gone, hense the word dead. Your just gonna either get it fixed from the manufacturer or a new card.
