yes, it will fit fine, only issue will be the pass-through grommets for the cabling are useless,

but they aren't the best locations to begin with..

 

heres is a V1 Midi, but the layout is 99% the same (no SSD mounting behind the mobo)

and that is push/pull on the H100

Would the mounting points be the same? because Im worried it could sag. I'm looking into the same combination as well.

 

what sag, the mobo?, no it will not sag. the mount points are the same as ATX. the only diff is

the outside (24-pin) edge is one-inch wider (not weight-baring). you'll be fine.
