Looking for work laptop

Budget: $1100-$1500

Country: US

CPU: 3.0gz or more

Ram: At least 8

Screen size: 14-16 in

Storage: 250gb - 500gb

This laptop will be used by my dad for legal work

If possible he would prefer a touch screen

I had a ThinkPad X1 Gen 4 picked out but it is no longer avaible. It was $1500 dollars. The specs it had are below. So I would like a laptop similar to it. It does not have to have as good as specs as the thinkpad, the thinkpad was 50% off for like 6 months (that's why it was cheap for the specs) so I just thought it was something levovo was doing to get you to buy the laptop. And now its not avaliable.
