Hello

I have hp pavilion 510-p053in desktop, i bought samsung 860 evo 1tb sata 2.5" ssd. When i connect ssd throght sata cabel it stuck with hp logo and i cant even open bios, what is the problem, i saw in hp community forum many customer have the same issue but there is no solution, someone said hp latest bios update block to use the ssd, is that possible and i tried to rollback the bios but i cant rollback is there anyway to solve the issue

Did you check if you can change the boot order? Might be trying to boot from your new SSD.

sorry i cant even open bios it is stuck

What happens when you disconnect the SSD? Does it get past that screen?

After disconnect ssd problem is same, then restart the pc without ssd only connect with HDD it runs fine
