system B is multi-boot  Win10 and Linux ( MBR ) system A is multi-boot Win7, Win10 and Linux ( MBR )

ok so could some one tell me why an

A) AMD FX 8320 with an Nvidea GT 740 graphics card works fine and dandy no issues.

but on an

B) AMD FX 4130 with an Nvidea GT 620 (2gig galaxy card) and the Nvidea GT 740 when booting into win10 is always flashing at the logon screen? it flashes from the screen saver to black to welcome screen every second.

to fix this problem on the AMD FX 4130 I have found i need to boot into win7 or linux and log in, then do a restart, then click on win10 and it will function normally (at least till next time).

with the GT  620 Win10 reports loosing the graphics card driver but not on the GT 740.

@Andiq yes it has me puzzled too .......

the GT 740 with the AMD FX 8320 and gigabyte 970A-D3P motherboard works beautifully.....

the AMD FX 4130 with an ASROCK 980DE3/U3S3 I replaced the (considered dodgy/bad ) Galaxy GT 620 with the Gt 740 but the same issue happens with both graphics cards om it.

If using win7 or Linux with either of these cards there is no issue on the AMD FX 4130

I have dropped a Radeon RX 550 (4gig card) onto the AMD FX 8320 so I thought i would replace the dodgy GT 620 with the GT 740 on the AMD FX 4130 thinking it would eleviate the problem but no go :(
