Update on Epic v Apple

Lawful Masses provides an update on the case and doesn't think Epic's position is very strong:

It looks like Epic isn't going to win this one as their application of the law is rather sketchy, and the judge accused Epic of lying, which isn't a good start! It has been pointed out before that encouraging Fortnite players to get non-Apple devices really undermines the argument that Apple is a monopoly. It's pointed out that they would be in a stronger position if they hadn't broken their contract with Apple before taking this to court...
