Sennheiser PC350 regular or SE?

The PC350 is $119.99 and the PC350SE is $189.99.  Is it worth the extra $70?  And what do you guys think of these two headsets?

 

 

I like the fact that all the controls are on the headphone instead of on the wire on the SE version and I would assume the audio quality would be better, but how much better?

Audio quality is the same, the difference is in the build materials and integrated controls.

So not worth the $70 then?

 

It's your opinion. Are the controls and look of the SE worth the extra $70 to you?

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
