3080 with i5 8600k ?

Hello,

I would like to upgrade my system with 3080 and for my CPU I am running i5 8600k. I am gaming on 1440p 144hz monitor. Is it ok? To have that card running with i5 8600k?

I am aming at streaming at 1080p 60fps or recording my gameplay via NVENC.

Would I be able to stream 1080p 60fps and have 144fps + at this resolution? 1440p?
