Sound bar issue

Hey people, I have an issue with my sound bar making a high pitched distorted noise over higher pitched sounds. Does anyone have any ideas of a fix?

have you tried isolating the problem? like swapping tv's , and hdmi cables? also make sure to turn off any affects like atmos
