HDD Caching

Hi, I want to ask anyone who can help how I should go about caching a HDD. Are there certain drives that are compatible? What size SSD should I use? Is this worth doing i.e. will I notice a difference?

any ssd can be used for caching an hdd, i would recomend like a 32-64 GB sdd if its only for caching

That only works on the Z68 chipset with Intel SRT, I'm building an AMD desktop. I think I have found a solution with OCZ Synapse series SSD designed specifically for caching but I can't find anywhere that sells them. My other option is Corsair's Accelerator series (they both use DataPlex software) but I have the same problem as before not being able to find anywhere that sells them.

You can use a 20G SSD as well, just less to be cached that's all but still helps out. I forget where you stop seeing benefits, 64GB sounds familiar but don't quote me on it :)
