Reviving old desktop IBM help

Hello all, my dad also has and old IBM PS1 286 that wont turn on either with power, hit the power button and nothing happens, just trying to get it stared up, it was his first computer and know it would mean a lot to him to get it running again, Thank you all for the help

have you done any testing to check if the power supply is working? parts are going to be fun to get..
