Cannot use mouse in windows 7

Today registry of my windows 7 got corrupted so I clean installed my windows 7 but I cannot use my mouse it was working fine before the reinstallation .And it doesn't show mice and other pointing devices option in device manager.How can i resolve this issue .my keyboard is working fine馃様馃様.
