Razer Naga Trinity Issues.

I've been using the same naga trinity for about 3-4 years now, and the side panel buttons are completely dead. Has anyone else had this problem over time? Obviously parts will eventually wear out and stop functioning but it hasn't been under heavy use and still reads the side panels being there even if the buttons don't work.
