Upgrade Path

currently have 

Ryzen 5 1400

Zotac GTX 1050ti 4gb

Gigabyte A320M 

Corsair Vengeance 8x1 2400Mhz DDR4 

CM 550W MWE

and some storage devices

 

currently have around 35k INR (480$)

what should be my upgrade path if there is or should i sell the whole pc and start from scratch

What are you currently doing now? What do you want to more of?  For ~$480 I would expect to build anything better then what you already have. I will have to look up the Ryzen 5 1400, but isn't that a quad core w/ SMT? I would buy an SSD and/or another 8GB of memory. Going to dual channel mode with two DIMMS will increase your memory performance.

U can use these parts

 

- GTX 1660 (MSI 20k INR)

      OR 

  GTX 1650 SUPER (15k INR)

 

-You should add 1 more ram stick

 

-Ryzen 7 1700 (8 Cores,16 threads)

 

U can game smoothly on 1080p in this setup.
