Hi

I have G.Skill DDR4 8GB 3200MHz on Gigabyte Z370M DS3H motherboard. I'd like to know i can add Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz CL16 Vengeance RGB Pro.

Will it work or i just will have 16gb instead of 24gb ?

It will most likely work, but nobody can guarantee there isn't an odd incompatibility. In this case, it'll be dual-channel for 16GB and single channel for the remaining 8.

Main: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti, 16 GB 4400 MHz DDR4 Linux - Fedora

if you mix ram like that it should all be single channel it does not mix single and duel channel its either one not both

Flex memory has been around for a long time. Read into CPU documentation and you'll see.
