I'm not really sure where I should have put this questions, so I apologize if it's in the wrong category.

I want to know how ARGB Strips work. Does each strip plug into a motherboard header or do they work differently?

The motherboard I want to use has 2 ARGB headers and one of them will be for the case fans. Will I be able to plug in both of the strips if only 1 header is left?

Thanks

ya its a good question. so if you only got 1 mb header and got many devices you will need a splitter. (keep in mind that the mb header can only handle so mush power (normally 3 amps) look at your mb manual.

if you have more then that 3 amps you can buy an powered hub witch pulls power from the psu instead of the mb header.

but keep in mind rgb/argb devices normally don't tell you how much power they use. welcome to rgb hell.

oh and if you used one header for the fans and one header for the strips you can Chane the strips together. but don't go over that 3 amp limit.
