I love me MX Master 3, but should I have a separate gaming mouse?

As the title says I have an MX Master 3 mouse for work and I love it for my job. But I'm wondering if it's the right tools for the job in gaming. I've tried the Logitech G502 Hero, but I really dislike the slim and low design. It gives me cramps when I play longer games.

 

The MX Master 3 feels great for my hand. Does anyone know a good gaming mouse with a similar profile?
