GPU At Rs.10K

Hello Guys..

This Is My Configuration:
CPU:AMD 3.3 GHz AM3 FX6100 Processor
MOBO-Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Motherboard
PSU-Corsair SMPS CX500 500 Watts PSU
GPU-Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HDicon1.png 6670 1GB DDR5 Graphics Card
I want to upgrade my GPU,please suggest me a good gamingicon1.png GPU at Rs.16K+1K Max..
Also I am gonna buy it in June-July 2014,so please suggest if anything new comes in the marketicon1.png in the given price range..
Also please mention if it will require any external cooling system,cuz I currently don't have any,and I am not gonna overclock my GPU anytime in my warranty period.
