You should be fine as long as your motherboard supports crossfire which i believe it does

So is it okay to Overclock  my  CPU (i5 4670k) and Crossfire(r9 290) with my MOBO (MSI z87 g41 PC Mate)????

OR get a new one?

Overclocking your GPUs should be just fine because they have their own power from the PSU, but your MB is only a 4 phase power design so you may not be able to OC your CPU very high. Go for GPU OC if you want to. Good Luck :)

What CPU cooler do you have?

Try to find a good OC guide and push it to 4.2 GHz first to see how good your chip is + how high the temps go + how high you have to set the voltage to make the OC stable. Depending on your CPU cooler you can then go further to maybe 4.5 GHz.

who cares...

I can't really answer that, sorry. I suggest you look up some information about your MB, see if you can find stuff about other people overclocking with that MB and just have a go.

Also, what O15 said :)
