computer completely freezes when loading some games

so im trying to load sugeon simulator 2 and when it tries to load, it uses all of the disc and then my computer freezes completely and disk usage is 100%. and then my audio loops and freezes.

windows 8.1 64 bits

amd phenom 9600 x4 black edition

4gb ram ddr2

gt 710 2gb vram gigabyte

disk: samsung hd502hi scsi 465 gb size

How is your cooling? Do you clean the fans regularly, and is the computer dust free as of late?

my colling is fine, playing some other games that use more gpu the max i have seen in gpu temperature was 72 c. and the max i have seen in my cpu was 40c. i didn't open my pc since it came here. it has been a month since my computer was here. but my computer does not look too dusty inside.
