pc crashed

Mando772004

I know i made a post about this before but i guess i wont be able to revive it. to get straight to the point my crashed while playing fifa 20. it just froze and blue screened and what failed was something called nvrtd something along those lines. im running stock speeds on pretty much everything.

SPECS:

2080super gigabyte 8g oc

16gb ram 3733 mhz cl20 (voltage set to auto)

Ryzen 5 3600 @3.6ghz stock speeds (pbo disabled)

temps are fine they never even pass 70 on both the cpu and gpu

B450 tomahawk max

windows 10 on 970 evo plus ssd 250gb

would love if i get some help on to what this issue is.

Note: i checked event viewer and it was kernel power error so its something basically related to power

and how often does your pc crash

its very rare that it crashes last time it crashed i was playing horizon zero dawn(a terribly unoptimized game) and it just crashed without even giving me a blue screen. that was like 2 weeks ago or something

using the cmd

i noticed in my bios my ram voltage was 1.2 which is supposedly low for 3733 mhz cl20 and according to hyper x it should be on 1.35v so i set it manually but could that have been the issue?
