2070 Mac-Q FPS Drops

Hello,

 

I have a MSI gs75 stealth with a Geforce 2070 Max-Q in it. I've been playing nice with it during the last year. Unfortunately, during the last month the performance while playing has completely decreased. I've reinstalled everything from scratch following Manufacturer recommendations, but still the performance is unfortunately not acceptable. May I have some recommendations to see what I could do? Chat support provided me some tips that improved performance, but definitely the not acceptable...

 

The computer is far from being fully used while Playing CS GO, and also the temperature is completely reasonable.
