Computer randomly restarting

Hi my computer restarts when I play games listen to music or watch videos(anything with sound)

My Specs

*Corsair CX500M

*WD 3.5 blue 1TB

*Asus 970 extreme 3

*Gigabyte R9 270X

*AMD 6300

*corsair vengeance 8GB(2x4)

It sounds to me like it might not be actual sound that's the problem but programs starting up in general. Run memtest 86 and see if you have bad ram. That happened twice to me and took forever to find the bad sticks because I had 4 and 2 were bad.

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.

seconding on the RAM.  When my overclock was too high on my latest rig I'd play music and the sucker would bluescreen immediately.  Mostly because music players buffer songs in RAM.
