I need build suggestions please

So my first built pc is 1-2 years old and I figure it's time for a couple upgrades, both performance and cosmetic. Now disclaimer, I'm the type of person that can "see" a difference in performance up to a certain point, so miniscule changes I probably won't notice. Also I have not overclocked at all but I figure it's about time for me to dabble in it. And third, I need enough rgb equivalent to the power of an RTX 3090 since I can't afford it lol. I will be changing the case cause honestly I'm tired of white and might upgrade to an AIO cooler. But right now, this is what my rig has.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X /stock cooler
GPU: Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 2060 AMP 6GB
Memory: Patriot Viper DDR4 3200 MHz 16gb kit X2
Motherboard: ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX
Storage: Seagate FireCuda 2TB SSD
Storage: Crucial 500MB M.2
Power supply: EVGA 600W Bronze Semi Modular
Case: darkFlash T20 ATX Mid-Tower

In the near future, I plan to spend around 500. But by the end of the year I can go more
