My usb drive showes on device manager but not on file explorer

When I plugged my usb drive in it didn't showed in file explorer, so I sarched it in device manager and found it as usb mass storage device.

Can someone help me?

Disk Management, right click start menu to select it. Then locate the USB drive, right click it and make a partition.
