Missing Graphic Card Driver

Hey Guys,
 

So the title is self explanatory, so i have an old Dell Latitude E6430s type that is built in Windows 7 given to me by my office.

 

Recently i've updated the laptop BIOS to the latest version so i can get Windows 10 to get installed in this Bad Boy, until the problem came at me,

 

This Laptop is dual Graphic (which i barely realized) it has Intel HD 4000 and Nvidia NVS 5200M (i think, i forgot whats the other graphic).

the Intel HD got its driver from windows update but the NVS isn't, so i went to nvidia website but the NVS series is not available on the driver page

 

Any information regarding to this issue will be helpful
