2060 Super FE changing LED

I currently have an rtx2060 super founders edition, and had saw some people online seemingly gain control of the green led on the side of the gpu cooler. I had seen some people say that flashing the bios to another 2060 super that has rbg would do the trick, but I haven't seemed to find a way to successfully flash a new bios onto the card. I also don't really know if the led is full rbg or just a green light and I have been misinformed about this. Is there even a way to get any sort of control over the led? Any information about this topic would be much appreciated.
