Hi, i dont know where else i'm supposed to post this, but i'm guessing it fits here

Okay so, since schools and unis are out thanks to a tiny bug, we cant attend classes, so my uni decided to convert the non essential courses to mini projects, and thats is why i came here.
one week before lockdown started back in febuary, we had our first 1 hour introductory lesson to the program in question : Ansys, and now 6 months later the proffessor sent us this mini project that we are supposed to do with the program, basically just replicate the steps on how to use it but with altered variables and then asked us to pull some data from it, we didnt get that far yet in our introductory, so i dont know what is what, and which data corelates to what, if anyone is willing to help me out just so i know what i'm supposed to look at, i dont mean do my project for me, just point out to me what is what, i've already done the calculations and all of that, its just when i get the results i dont know what to do with them.

i've attached pics below of what my results look like after running the calculations and the first part of what i'm supposed to do ( its in french, but i'll try to translate it as close as possible to english)
Translation:
considering a beam represented on X, E is the Young Modulus, A1 is between 1 and 2, A2 is between 2 and 3, A3 is between 3 and 4, between 1 and 2 P is a linear uniformaly distributed force and at 3 a force F, the beam is embeded in 1 and 4 ( the other details are in the pic)
in Ansys:

1 calculate the binding actions
2 calculate strains and stresses
when i look at my results i dont know which part answers the first question and what part answers the second question.

i know that the possibility of getting an answer about something school related like this on a tech based forum is very low, but since its a big forum that has people from all kinds of professions, i thought i'll give it a shot and cover all my basis.
