PC wont post with docp re-enabled

Hey guys,

I tried playing around with the ram timings in my system, just for fun cause I've never done it before, I didn't get anywhere.
So I went back to the DOCP profile that I was using before, but now my PC doesn't boot, it doesn't even post, can't go to bios.
I tried clearing CMOS, it posts and boosts to windows, I tried re-enabling the docp profile but the same problem occurs.
I also tried maunally applying the settings of the docp profile same thing happens. 
I have no clue what the problem could be.

Full specs? What is the DOCP profile? What method did you use to clear the CMOS?

asus prime b450m-k latest bios
kingston hyperx 3200mhz cl16
docp profile 3200mhz 16 18 18 36 1.35v
i cleared cmos by bridging the 2 pins

update: i tried losening the timers to 16 18 18 38 and now it works
