Spellbreaker lag on stream

Dont know if this is the right place for this question but...i9 and 2080ti(not bragging but i know that would be the 1 question) and my stream skips frames and lags when i am trying to stream it..i streamed dunno...horizon zero at full and not a single frame skipped and no lag on stream..anyone knows what it is?i tried for 3H to solve the problem is the same...but just for Spellbreaker..i know is heavy on cpu but i have friends who are still playing and streaming from the same cpu as me and they have no problem...the internet connection is where it should be...so i have no idea...maybe you have
