Installing Windows on a Linux server

So I have a remote linux server running ubuntu 20.04, and the only way I can access it is via ssh or VNC. I want to install windows on this server because there are several windows applications that I need to run which aren't working with wine. 

 

I know how to get the windows install process started using wine on ubuntu, but after after the computer reboots into windows, I will lose all ability to access the machine via ssh or vnc. 

 

My question is, is there any way to circumvent this or add an install script to the windows installer so that VNC is automatically installed and set up upon boot?

You aren't gonna be installing an OS completely remotely (excluding VMs), especially not Windows. I mean maybe you can install it on a local machine then image your local drive to the remote one, but full remote installation is impossible afaik.

create a windows "unattend.xml" file and script the VNC install, unless you can RDP once windows is running.
