Recommendation Needed budget IEM

I am looking to buy the Soundmagic E10. It's 2100 Php here in the PH. http://www.tipidpc.com/viewitem.php?iid=14841683
I will buy at that store. It's like US$48.

Can you recommend other IEMs in that range up to 3000Php($68)?

I can't find good earbuds so I'm now looking at IEMs.

 

I have some ear problems, are IEMs that bad for the ears?  I don't know where to buy after market tips.
I read from headfi that the E10 is not that comfortable.

 

Btw, my portable player is the Sony NWZ-E463. I am currently using a very short Nokia earbud T_T and its better than other bundled earbuds/IEMs.

But still.... MEHHHH. 

 

I listen to anything but not an a cappella.
