Need help planning new build.

Other details My current build is from like 2014 and it's becoming more and more clear to me it's time for an upgrade. My current build has an intel i7-4770s, 4X8 Corsair vengance ddr3 1600mhz, gtx 2070 super, 250gb sata ssd, and 3 1tb hard drives. My current power supply is a corsair cx 750.  I use a 2560x1080 ultrawide monitor @ 60hz, I would like to upgrade this monitor in the future but for now this is what I use. I'm putting together my parts list for a new top of the line pc and I need some advice. I am an intel die hard and I can't bring myself to go AMD, so I am looking at using an i7-10700K, cooling that with a Dark rock pro 4, Msi MEG Z490 mobo, 2X16 corsair vengance ddr4-3200mhz. a samsubg 970 evo 1tb m.2 drive, and a WD black 6tb drive, I want to use the fractal design define r6 USB-c case because right now I use the R5 and I love this case so I just want the upgraded IO with usb 3.2 and usb C. My main goal is to have a quiet PC that can run pretty much any game on max and eat video and photo editing for breakfast. I plan to reuse my graphics card for now and save for a 3080, I also plan to reuse my power supply, and all my peripherals. I am tired of my CPU bottlenecking my whole set up and I have been out of the PC building community for a while. I am interested in hearing all opinions on what parts you would change, and if you would go AMD over Intel at this point. Quietness and performance are my main goals. Thanks!
