cpu over voltage error

Sorry for mistakes, I use a translator. Can you please tell me why the error is displayed?

asus prime b450m-k
ryzen 3 3200g

 

 

I bought all the components in the store, did not overclock.

 

I updated the BIOS to the newest version, took out the battery. None of this helps
