It all depends on the switches of the keyboard. I'm pretty sure you have the razer green switches which is the equivalent to a Cherry mx blue. blue switches are very loud and clicky. I recommend searching a keyboard switch comparison video. But my personal favorites are Cherry mx reds or Cherry mx silents, they are both very quiet and feel nice, but they don't give a clicky feel compared to a blue.

switches arent that important feel wise, its just the noise level and something comfy.

Alright then You should get a keyboard that has Cherry MX Red, or Cherry MX Silent. they are very quiet. If you want to be even more quiet then you can also buy rubber O rings. You have to put O rings yourself but they go in each individual key but they dampen the sound and feeling of the key hitting down on the board.

Those are some of the worst switches on the market.

They don’t reduce the noise significantly, all they do is make the key feel super mushy.

OP, we need a full budget for it. We also need to know what country you are in, what size you want the keyboard to be, and what switches you like?

For quiet switches ... reviews on the kailh silent box pink and brown are quite good.  You could look into them but I'm pretty sure it will be hard to find a board with those and you might have to get a barebone and put those switches in.

You could also look for a board with topre ... I've heard it's pretty quiet.

Leopold have a board that has some dampening inside ...

Ok there's nothing cheap in there ... so budget ?
