Problem with integrated cable remote control

I bought the Headset a week ago. while trying to raise the volume, the audio distribution isn't same at some volumes in both ear cups unless i adjust the remote control a bit more so that both ear cups get same amount of volume. Is this common in these kind of headsets? Please help me out. The headset is Beyer Dynamic Custom Game
