Hello all i never built a computer! All help is welcome:

Budget (including currency): 1000€

Country: Portugal

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Heavy DB work and queries, Android Emulators, Heavy Excel sheets, at least 20 chrome tabs.
No gaming for now, any advice for a good GPU with the build you recommend will be appreciated.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 
Screen I have no idea what to get, but considering gaming in future at least 144hz at a good price. NOT counting for budget aswell as all peripherals.
Case i would like a glass look with whites, as well as internal components if possible white / black parts.

Any CPU that can idle at a low consumption but still do heavy loads, or a little slower clock but a considerable lower consumption is prefered.
Future proof.
