HELP! Geforce Experience not working properly...

So I bought a 1660S. But Geforce experience features are not available to me for some reason. I have i3 8100, 12 GB 2400mhz ram and 1660S (I know the specs are weird). For some reason it's not detecting the GPU version...any help would be appreciated :)
