Zombee Leopard Gaming Mouse

I got this mouse only 4 months ago and have had this problem from the beginning.
When clicking the left button it selects and the double clicks when releasing the button. Very annoying when trying to select many items you can drag it across various folders / files and then when releasing the button it clicks only the last file same when trying to open a file you double-click and it can try and open the file twice. Same when opening a link in a different tab, it will open a different tab but at the same time it will click the link as well.

Very Annoying also because this happens completely randomly

I have tried putting the double- click setting to slow(the minimum) but that changes nothing.
Does anyone have some advice or same issue with this mouse?
