Alright, so I've had my Artics 7 wireless headphones for around a week now and for idk why but everytime I move my head I hear a light creaking sound inside of the headphones which overtime does become very very annoying.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Is it coming from inside the headphones os it literally plays the cracking sound?
If you take it off can you still hear it?
Have you tried with a different cable?

I think it's coming from both the outside and the inside, not crackling but I can hear creaking when I move my head with the headset on

Nope, I can't hear it when I take off the headset. Even if I shake it nothing happens.

It's Wireless so nope I haven't tried a different cable.

I suspect there's a problem with the plastic on the outside of the headphone or there's an actual issue from the inside of the headset.Insert other media

If you hold both sides with your hand and then turn your head can you still hear it?

Yes, but only very very faintly.

Well then I can only suspect that some plastic parts maybe misaligned or something because with you holding it down it goes faint so you must have held it down so it wasn't creaking that much. I think you should return it if you can. If not and you really wanna fix it, try to find out wich parts are creaking and whats the best way to hold them down and maybe tape it together or something. (It would look really ugly, but you gotta do what you gotta do :D )

Cheers for the help man,

What I might do is ask the guy who usually fixes our computers and see what he can do.
