RX580 Black Screen Issue

I have an Asus Dual RX580 O4GB Graphics Card and every time I open a graphic intensive application or games ,I get a black screen sometimes blue screen(NOT BSOD).

I tried changing voltage and other stuff in the AMD Radeon Software and still there is a problem.

Please help me out cause I need to use the GPU.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2400G

CPU Cooler - Stock AMD Cooler

Motherboard - Asus EX-A320 Gaming Motherboard

GPU - Asus Dual RX580 O4GB 

Monitor - Acer KG221Q 75Hz

Ram - Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz Single Channel

SSD - 120GB

HDD - 1TB

PSU - 800 Watt

What brand of PSU are you using, and can you post your thermals?

i have an old 800W PSU that i don't know the name of and also my thermals are around 60-65c before the black screen occurs
