Replacement for intel stock cooler

I'm currently using intel stock cooler on a pentium G5400 and it really loud. Also my cpu have 81~°C when gaming so I want to replace my cpu cooler but the thing is my psu is 290W so I need a cpu cooler with the same wattage usage as the stock cooler but less noise and make my cpu more cool. Can I have some suggestions on what air cooler to buy?

Depending on your budget, I would recommend the tried and true Hyper212 Evo. It is very inexpensive, and provides great cooling. The Intel stock coolers are absolutely terrible, especially for gaming. As far as wattage, a cooler really won't make a difference on power draw. I have also used the DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX GT in the past. It is a great cooler if you're looking for something cheap with RGB. I hope this helps!

Thank you for the advice.
