Does Windows boot without the OC? Have you ruled out it's not a corrupted Windows install?

Yes windows will boot without OC, and runs normally. but the 5ghz has been stable for over 2 months. ill link pic here. I restarted to install newest realtek audio drivers and i had an issue with the drivers causing lock ups. So really, it really started with freakin realtek audio drivers. -.- but thats sorted out now, system runs fine in windows without OC.

Im thinking it could be a problem with one of the cpu settings in BIOS. Like speedstep or somethingggggg

Also, stress test STILL going. Fixed an airflow restriction, now cpu running at 78C.
